The amendment consists of relocating two (2) parking spaces and the dumpster, 1 Green Tree Drive. �f A On the day of August, the Director of Planning and Zoning approved the request of Paul Mergens to amend a previously approved site plan under Section 26.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. This project consists of amending a previously approved plan for a 21,000 square foot warehouse and/or light manufacturing building. The amendment consists of relocating two(2) parking spaces and the dumpster. The only issue affected by this amendment is parking. 2. This property located at 1 Green Tree Drive lies within the IC District. It is bounded on the north by a light manufacturing building (under construction), on the west by Resolution, Inc., on the south by Gregory Drive, and on the east by Green Tree Drive. 3. Parking: Based on existing and anticipated tenants, a total of 31 parking spaces are required. 46 spaces including three (3) landscaped spaces and a bike rack are being provided. Two (2) of the spaces are being relocated from the northwest corner of the site to the rear of the building. The relocated spaces meet the minimum parking standards. 4. Dumpster: The dumpster storage area is being relocated to the below grade loading dock. DECISION & CONDITIONS 1. All previous approvals and stipulations which are not superseded by this approval shall remain in effect. 2.
