Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law & Order
This matter came before the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 12, 1999 by
application of Pam Starbuck for a conditional use approval to occupy an existing 25,200 square feet
with a maximum of three (3) tenants according to plans submitted. The Board of Adjustment finds as
follows:
l) Approvals granted May, 1997 allowing for a educational facility in conjunction with a research
laboratory.
2) Proposed use 4800 square feet of general office is permitted within the Commercial II District.
3) Proposed is the conversion of a garage/storage area into general office use.
4) Traffic (vehicle trip ends) allocations for the property are eighty one (81) actual being 71 vte's.
5) Minor sewer increase does not create adverse impacts on municipal facilities.
6) No exterior changes to the property, character of the area does not change.
ORDER
The conditional use approval to allow conversion of garage/storage area into 4800 square feet of
general office area, located at 75 Green Mountain drive is hereby GRANTED
