The Board of Adjustment finds as follows: l) Approvals granted May, 1997 allowing for a educational facility in conjunction with a research laboratory. 2) Proposed use 4800 square feet of general office is permitted within the Commercial II District. 3) Proposed is the conversion of a garage/storage area into general office use. 4) Traffic (vehicle trip ends) allocations for the property are eighty one (81) actual being 71 vte's. 5) Minor sewer increase does not create adverse impacts on municipal facilities. 6) No exterior changes to the property, character of the area does not change.
