Drive On the 13th. of September 19 77 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved or denied the request of Mr. Herman ',:,arner, gent for Site plan approval under Section 1 1.. 0 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Street is a cul.-de-s,ac, with low traffic (no through traffic); grade of driveway is to be reduced to an acceptable hitch. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - ample - exceeds the requirements of the ordinance. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - adequate, subject to review and approval by the City's Tree Committee. Drive On the 13th. of September 19 77 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved or denied the request of Mr. Herman `,Darner, Affent for Site p an anprovai under Section 11.70 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping plan shall be reviewed by the Planting Committee. 2. A revised grar'ing plan for the access dri-.e shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. 3. A landscaping bond of $4200 shall be posted. 4. This approval expires 6 months from this date. 5. Due to heavy soil conditions the office of the Zoning Administrator recommends that a letter from the company which will be installing the landscaping be filed with this o-'fice prior to the issuance of the permit, said letter to guarantee the orikinal installation for one year. 6. A suggestion is made to the Tree Planting Committee that some trees be located along the westerly boundry of the property for esthetic purposes. South Burlington Planning Commission
