Re: Findings of Fact, application of Allson Partnership for
construction of a 3500 square foot addition to the existing
building and revisions to parking lots at 40 and 50 Green
Mountain Drive.
On the 24th of February 1987, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of Allson Partnership, 1600
Shelburne Road for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the
South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following
findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall be from Green Mountain Drive
and is adequate.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is improved. A 152
space storage lot is part of the plan. Parking is adequate.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $3000 landscaping plan is
approved and a bond shall be posted prior to permit.
4. The building permi sha 1 be obtained withi months or this
approval is null an id.
