Re: Findings of Fact, application of Pizzaaalli Realty Company
at 35 Green Mountain Drive
On the 4th of November 1980 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved orxd*3 the
request of Pizzagalli Realty Company
for a new building under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Satisfactory
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate for proposed use. If change
in use causes requirement for more than 44 spaces, plan must return
to Planning Commission for Site Plan approval.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Satisfactory with $5000 bond.
