TRAFFIC ACCESS - Satisfactory 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate for proposed use. If change in use causes requirement for more than 44 spaces, plan must return to Planning Commission for Site Plan approval. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Satisfactory with $5000 bond.
