of t`ic South Bur ington Zoning Regulations based on the
fol l -)viing findings:
1. _d fV°_FF IC ACCESS - TrPSP additions are to provide additional ware-
house area, no improvements necessary to existing site other than some
additional parking. Should not increase traffic in any matter.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - The new parking area will provide for a
greater area of circulation, additional parking spaces will be added.
3. L�•i L>SCAPING & SCREENING
- Landscaping at
present is
adequate.
Additonal landscaping will be
added. Drainage
from a new
swale will be
provided and drained to a existing catch basin near the entrance.
