Of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS- adequate due to location on cul-de-sac and suitable
driveway grade.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - meets ordinance requirements
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - no screening is necessary; the
plan maintains the integrity of the existing drainageway
and locust grove.
