South Burlington Planning Commission approved or 99MM the

of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - adequate - Green Mt. Drive carries no
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - ample; conforms to ordinance
requirements.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - adequate; conforms to ordinance
requirements.

On the 22ne3 _ of November 19 77, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or WWW the
request of Richard Feeley, Agent
for _site Plan approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject.to the
following conditions:
1. A landscaping bond of $1200 shall.be posted.
Storm drainage shall be reviewed and approved by the
city Engineer.
.3. A bond in an amount to be determined by the City Engineer,
____shall be posted for the closing of the existing curb cut.
