HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-85-0000 - Decision - 0005 0009 Green Mountain DriveNDINGS of FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEiN CITY OF SOUTH BUR LINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Mark Hill Investments for an 11,250 square foot addition to the existing building and a 11,925 square foot new building at 5 Green Mountain Drive On the 24th of September 19 85 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved x0)x the request of Mark Hill Investments for site plan approval_ under Section 19.10 of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access to the existing building is for the existing 24 foot wide driveway. A new 24 foot wide driveway serves the new building. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate as shown. Fifty four parking spaces meet the requirements. 3. L MSCAPING & SCREENING - An $8500 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. The number of plantings shall be approved by the Planner prior to permit. The new curb cut shall be constructed by removing the barrier curb and replacing it with a depressed concrete curb. The catch basin at the driveway shall not be approved unless approved by the City Engineer. The applicant shall implement the recommen ations of Wagner, He-indel & Noyes for storm water detention. --A fire hydrant shall e insta e in a ocation determined�y the outeBurlington Fire Chief.
