The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adiustment will hold a public
hearing at the Town Office Buildi^q, 555 Dorset Street, South Burling-
ton, Vermont on Wednesday, April 2, 1969 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
the following:
Appeal of Paul Morriseau seeking a variance from Section 6.40
Yard Requirements of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Re-
quest is for permission to erect an addition to a dwelling within twenty
five (25') of the rear yard property line, and within twenty (209 feet
of the side yard at 14 Green Dolphin Drive.
Appeal of Paul Graves seeking a variance from Section 6.10-
6.80 Use Regulation —Sign Requirement of the South Burlington
Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission to operate a business
office and to erect a sign exceeding the permitted two (2) square
feet at 34 Patchen Road.
