DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of July, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Thomas R.
Kleh, 1205 Airport Parkway on the following facts and findings:
1) Access as stipulated should eliminate any traffic problems on
Airport Parkway.
2) Project is connected to City water and sewer, no impact on
municipal facilities expected.
3) Character of area supports this type of use.
4) Bylaws are in compliance.
Stipulation: That ingress be off Airport Parkway with a one way
traffic flow, egress out Berard Drive and proper signs be in-
stalled.
