The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment will
hold a public hearing at the Town Office Building,
555 Dorset Street, South Burlington, Vermont on
Wednesday, May 17, 1967 at 7:30 P.M. 'to consider l
the following:
1. Appeal of Ralph B. Goodrich, Inc., seeking permis-
sion for a variance from section 8.40 (Yard Require-
ments) of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance.
Request is to construct an addition to existing ware-
house at 625 Hinesburg Road, South Burlington, Ver-
mont.
2. Appeal of William A. Vetters seeking permission for
a variance from Section 12.90, paragraph 3, of the
South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is to
extend a non -conforming use by adding to present
store at 40 Airport Road, South Burlington, Vermont.
3. Appeal of Thomas V. Reid, seeking permission for a
variance from Section 8.40 (Yard Requirements) of
the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is to
tonstru'ct a garage at rear of lot at 372 Dorset Street,
South Burlington, Vermont.
4. Appeal of Hartley L. Hanley seeking permission for
a variance from Section 6.40 (Yard Requirements) of
the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is
to build a garage on his lot at 37 Forest Street, South
Burlington, Vermont.
