DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the loth day of October, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of L&M
Partnership, Olde Orchard Park, 18 Fayette Drive based on the
following facts and findings:
1) The applicant is requesting permission to relocate an
existing building (30 residential units) to an area originally
proposed as a parking area.
2) The original planned unit development was approved on August
12, 1991.
3) Due to soil conditions, original location not suited for
construction of a building.
4) No change in the master plan, density remains the same.
5) Reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission.
Based upon the above facts an 'ndings the appellant's request
