CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 14th day of September 1992, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of L&M
Park, Gerald Milot/John Larkin, 10 Fayette Road on the following
facts and findings:
1) Applicant proposing modifications to the original plan
approval August 12, 1991. Revised plan provides for less lot
coverage and a 1.5 acre common green.
2) Traffic signal will be installed prior to completion of
McDonald's Restaurant.
3) Traffic management authority being created as a condition of
the permit.
4) Project will be screened, 100 foot buffer, essential
character of neighborhood not affected.
5) Planning Commission and Act 250 permits have been granted.
Based upon the above facts d findings the appellant is hereby
granted a conditional use
