HomeMy WebLinkAboutCO-94-0000 - Decision - 0007 Fayette Roadf STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON C DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 28th day of March, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gregg Beldock, 7 Fayette Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting to amend a planned commercial development known as L&M Park which will replace a retail use with an indoor recreational use. 2) Planning Commission has revised and approved this proposal. 3) Traffic should be reduced from the retail use as originally approved. 4) The type of use proposed should provide a community service. 5) No adverse impact on City facilities.
