HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-95-0000 - Decision - 0020 Farrell Street4 STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 9th day of January, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Hoard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Trillium Partnership, Larry Williams agent, 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, Vermont based on the following facts and findings: 1) Appellant requesting approval to construct a 54'x 96' building with 54 square feet located to within 95 feet of Conservation/open Space District. 2) Well in keeping with the essential character of the area, 3) Actual usable area of the lot diminished by location of stream. 4) Proposed building coverage represents nine (9) percent coverage of the lot. 5) Variance represents a minimum portion of structure located within the Conservation/Open Space District. 6) Similarly request granted in 1991 and 1993. Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for a variance is hereby grantFai man, South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment JAN 2 3 1995
