HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0040 Patchen RoadCOUNTY OF CHITTRNDEN CITY OF SOUTH DURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of June, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Hoard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal, of William Thompson, B.R.T, Inc., 40 Fatchen Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Appellant is requesting a permit to construct a 1,240 square foot addition to a structure which is non -complying to dimensional requirements. 2) The setback of the existing structure will not be affected by the proposed addition. 3) Proposed addition will not alter the character of the neighborhood - property should be enhanced by new facade, parking lot layout and additional landscaping. 4) Size of the lot restricts development which would be non- conforming, 5) Total lot coverage with proposed addition will decrease by seven (7) percent. 6) Patchen Road was improved by total reconstruction less than two years ago.
