HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-94-0000 - Decision - 0055 Dorset StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 10th day of January, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Steven Whittlesey, 55 San Remo Drive/358 Dorset Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting to convert an existing structure containing 16,300 square feet into a multi -use building, billiard parlor and retail sales. 2) Proposed retailers Oakman Electric and optional Extras are low impact traffic generators. Billiard parlor is considered as an off-peak user. 3) Character of area is changing from industrial uses to retail uses. Area in question is zoned as a Central Business District. 4) Affects on municipal facilities should not be a concern. Less employees with proposed uses resulting in a lesser impact.
