M&S Realty, David McGinnis, 4016 Williston Road based on the following facts and findings 1. Applicant request permission to expand sales of recreational vehicles to include snowmobiles and boats. 2. Will not affect existing or planned facilities. No additional water or sewer required. No impact on school system. 3. General character of area is not affected. Recreational vehicle sales at this location for may years. 4. Traffic should not create a problem for this location.
