DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the IIth day of October 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of S . M&S Realty, David
McGinnis, 4016 Williston Road based on the following facts and findings
1. Applicant request permission to expand sales of recreational vehicles to
include snowmobiles and boats.
2. Will not affect existing or planned facilities. No additional water or sewer
required. No impact on school system.
3. General character of area is not affected. Recreational vehicle sales at this
location for may years.
4. Traffic should not create a problem for this location.
Based upon the above fao% and fi.n gs the appellant's request for a conditional
use is hereby approved. �
