HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0200 Twin Oaks TerraceC STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHTTTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT on the 8th day of November 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of One Twin Oaks Associates, Mery Brawn, 200 Twin Oaks Terrace based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to operate a day care center from an existing structure which is generally occupied as general and medical offices. Z) This proposal is in keeping with the essential character of the area, 3) The proposed use will fill a need for employees working in the area. 4) Traffic is not a problem to this area, this use should not change traffic flogs. 5) Additional water and sewer needed for the proposed day care, does not present a problem.
