I NGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT on the 24th day of October, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Hoard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of J. Robert Audette & Patrick Sullivan, 1904 Williston Road based on the fallowing facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting to occupy an area of an existing building 2,490 square feet. The proposed use pizza parlor replaces automobile sales. 2) The location, 1900 Williston Road is within the City's Traffic Overlay District Zone S. This area allows for a 76 seat restaurant. The seating capacity proposed is 60. 3) The proposed use will not have an adverse impact on the traffic in the area. 4) Additional sewer and water will be required, however, this will not have an impact on City facilities. 5) Vehicle trip ends as proposed should be less than allowed by the City traffic standards. 6) The general character of the area will not be affected.
