CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 10th of February, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Frank Naef &
Randall Valk, 1906 Airport Parkway on the following facts and
f indings:
1) General character of area not affected, proposed retail use
not detrimental to the area.
2) Mixed use of the property is pre-existing, band developed
years ago.
9) Traffic .impact should be minimal, existing use of building
generated similar vehicle movement.
4) Retail use represents a minimum impact to the area.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use and variance is hereby granted.
