On the 9th of December, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Trillium
Partnership, Larry Williams, ZQ Farrell Street, }used on the
following facts and findings:
1) Well in keeping with the essential character of the area.
2) Actual usable area of lot diminished by location of stream.
3) Proposed building coverage represents nine (9) percent of the
lot.
4) Variance represents a minimum minor portion of structure
located within Conservation District.
