On the 3th day of June, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John
Shepard, 8 Brookwood Drive based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Appellant is requesting to provide laving quarters for
relative (mother) by converting an existing garage.
2) Act 130 passed by the Legislative amended 24 VSA Chapter 117
which allows for accessory apartments.
3) Proposed use is in keeping with the general character of the
neighborhood.
4) Any modification to the house requires a variance due to the
small Yet size.

back to a single family dwelling.
Based on the above stated facts and findings the applicants
