HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-92-0000 - Decision - 2041 Williston RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 27th day of July, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Lou Rozzi, 2041 Williston Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting to operate an auto repair shop from a area formerly used by Coffee Express. 2) Six trucks were in use by the Coffee Express business, less traffic is projected by the new use. 3) Use of municipal services, such as water and sewage will be reduced. 4) General character of the area should not be affected, use adjoining this property is mainly active on weekends.
