Farrell, 20 Raren Drive based on the following facts and findings: 1) Proposal is conversion of approximately 1000 square feet of production space into office space. 2) Qriginal permit approved as e conditional use tern years ago, proposal is considered a minor alteration. 3) No increase in employees, therefore traffic should remain the same. 4) Use complies and is actually better than existing, 5) No impact on municipal services.
