On the 12th day of August, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Paul
Adams, 1890 Airport Parkway on the following facts and findings;
1) Hardship created by others which proceeds the subject use.
2) Change in zoning after original site plan approval.
3) This lot has minimal usable land.
4) Lost coverage 10% for building and 27% for parking provides
the least impact.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
