DECISION & FINDING_OF_FACT
On the 12th day of April, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of the Trillium
Partnership, Larry Williams Agent, 20 Farrell Street, South
Burlington, Vermont based on the following facts and findings.
1) Appellant requesting approval to construct a 54' x 96'
building with 54 square feet located to within 95 feet of
Conservation District.
2) Well in keeping with the essential character of the area.
3) Actual usable area of the lot diminished by location of
stream.
4) Proposed building coverage represents nine (9) percent
coverage of the lot.
5) Variance represents a minimum portion of structure located
within the Conservation District.
6) Similar request granted in 1991.
Based upon the above stated :facts and findings the appellant's
request for a variance is hereby approved.
