This proposed addition-zl operation of business,
though rot similar in type, would pose r10 conflict
with the existing; business or the surrounding
area. The Eew Retail Business would operate be-
tweer the hours of. llam - 8pm. The nreser t business
uses the other portion of the buil:d.ir.g only between
5-7am (when the -new business is closed) and again
between 4-5pm each dray. There is approximately 5,000
square feet of available parking; less then 1/3
this amount would be needed -it aroy specific time.
5.) As the present business does not require
use of the complete building th�it now exists,
