Enclosed please find an application for an initial master signage permit far Town Square. We are
proposing to replace the existing sign on the site, which pre -dates the current sign ordinance.
Information about the sign:
1. Computation of maximum area, number and height of signs allowed on the property, by type of sign
❑ Free-standing and/or landscape feature signs (see Sections 9 & 14): one sign: 40 sq.ft.
❑ Wall signs (see Section 10): none being sought
❑ Directory signs (see Section 11): none being sought
❑ Incidental & Directional signs (see Section 12): as permitted
2. Area and height of each sign proposed for your property: Freestanding sign: 55.5" w x 66.2" h =
25.5 sq.ft.. Max height of sign on posts not to exceed 12'
3. Location, size, date of installation, and status of all non -complying signs on your property. One free-
standing sign presently exists south of the driveway. It is to be removed.
4. Color illustrations showing proposed:

❑ Materials — hollow box with 3mm Dibond aluminum composite face, lettering a graphics cut
from 3/8" acrylic. and 1" square aluminum tube frame. Posts are 6" x 6"'pressure treated
wood.
❑ Foreground & background color schemes. Foreground: green & black. Background: white.
❑ Typeface(s): as shown
❑ Sizes (include a range of sizes if desired): Max 55.5" w x 66.2" h = 25.5 sq.ft.
❑ Installations/sign types: see above.
❑ Description of how one or more of the features above will relate all of the signs to each other
visually: only one sign on property.
5. Location & specifications of all proposed light fixtures and lighting elements, including cut sheets.
No lighting proposed.
6. Proposed general design for any incidental & directional signage on the property, other than those
with designs prescribed by law. Basic signage for location of trash, unit Ns, etc.

Plat plans shall be submitted which shows the information required by the City's Sign Ordinance. Three
(3) regular size copies, one reduced copy (I I" x 17"), and one digital (PDF-format) copy of the plans
must be submitted. The application fee shall be paid to the City at the time of submitting the
application. See the City fee schedule for details.
