On the 8th day of January, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Rus-
eell Ayers & Paul Morwood, 8 Laurel Hill Drive based on the
following facts and findings;
1) That the charactex7 of the neighborhood would be significant-
ly changed.
2) Salability of the property cannot be used as hardship.
3) Does not seem to be unique physical circumstances involved
in this appeal.
4) Use could be viewed as a encroachment into a residential
area.
