DECISION & FINDING OF
On the 13th day of November, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ru--
dolph McDonald, 80 Central Avenue based on the following facts
and findings
1.) Footpr"t of house has been reduced, elevation lowered and

2) Existing structure is in bad condition beyond rencivation.

safety.
