HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-89-0000 - Decision - 1801 Williston RoadOn the 28th day of August, 1989, the South RuTlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Mobil Oil Corporation, Al Marlow, 1801 Williston Road based on: the following facts and findings: 1) Lot size and layout will allow for a smooth traffic flow for proposed mini -mart. 2) The proposed use will affect the character of the neighborhood in a positive way (from repair garage to re- tail), 3) The proposed mini -mart may siphon traffic from other con, aected intersection, i.e. Hinesburg Road. 4) Evidence submitted suggests there will be fewer trips gener- ated.
