On the 23rd day of October, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Hoard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Joseph
Kelley, Kelco Disposal, 80 Ethan Allen Drive based on the follow-
ing facts and findings:
1) Outside storage coincides with permitted uses within an
.industrial park.
2) Other uses within this district are providing outside stor-
age.
3) The character of the neighborhood is not affected by the
Use.
4) No impact are city services.
Based upon the above sta° d facts and findings the appellant's
request for a condition is ereb a proved.
