Property is presently being used in a reasonable manner, request does not meet criteria #2. 2. Does not meet criteria #3. hardship is being created by appellant. 3. The character of the area would be altered, residential neighborhood abuts this property. 4. Proposed outside storage is not in conjunction with any business occupying the building.
