On the 23rd day of October, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Beard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Sala -
min Handy, 45 Swift. Street based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The essential character of the neighborhood will be adverse-
ly affected by the fact that vehicles will be parked close
to a residential area, and the fact that the parking lot
will be in operation during the night.
2) Traffic in the vicinity could cause a hardship on the neigh-
borhood.
3) Other reasonable uses are now operating from this location
without creating problems to the area,
4) Does not meet the criteria setforth under Section 1.9.05 of
the City's zoning regulations.
Bas$d upon the above stated factz and findings the appellant's
