On the 23rd day of October, 1939, the South Burlington Zoning
Roaxd of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of IDX
Corporation, 1500 Shelburne Road based on the following facts and
findings:
1)
The character
of the area is not affected by
the proposed
use. Day care
will provide a service for the
office person-
nel.
2)
Traffic Should
not be affected, exit onto Shelburne
Road is
at a controlled
intersection.
3)
No impact expected
on municipal or educational
facilities.
4)
Conforms with
all other by laws. State will
allow for 70
children.
Based upon the above state acts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional se he eby a raved.
