On the llth day of September, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of AdJustment heard evidence regarding the appeal. of
Norman & Mary Chappell, 1437 Williston Road based on the follow-
ing facts and findings:
1) Hardship created by a ,lack of similar facility in the imme-
diate area.
2) Will not alter use of property as it is a continuation of
present use.
3) Will not alter character of neighborhood, would actually
enhance, will not impair adjacent property.
4) The appellant amends this appeal to conduct wedding ceremo-
nies only, no receptions.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a variance is hereby approved.
Stipulation:
That the outdoor use of Chappell Florist be limited to weddings
only as part of their floral business. Wedding receptions, music
other than cereanon us' , as well as catering is prohibited.
The right to hold w dd' sh 1 be errninated when the property
