On the 23rd. day of October, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Mer-
rill Theater Corporation, Mex=ill OFaTvis, 1210 Williston Road
based on the following facts and findings:
1) This dimensional variance could be avoided by a property
boundary adjustment.
2) Additional land available to the Tear, requires filling and
could prevent the need for a variance.
3) Existing building in cornplianca, hardship being created by
the appellant.
4) Additional traffic -resulting from the proposed addition
could alter the character of the area.
5) Does not represent a minimum variance which would afford
relief .
