On the 9th day of July 1990, the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heazd evidence regarding the appeal of Joseph Kelly,
Ken Thomas, 80 Ethan Allen Drive on the following facts and
findings:
1) Exi. Ling garage is ideal for the use as propozed.
2) General Charaoten of the area (Ethan Allen Drive Industrial
Park) is not. affected. Mixed u5e5 axe common.
3) Property has developed under variances, allowing two struc-
tures on one lot.
4) Traffic is, expected to be less than 1.0 vehicles per day.
