DECISION J FINDING bF FACT
On the 27th day of March, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Thirty Sixty
Association, Alex Rose, 3060 Williston Road on the following
facts and findings:
1) Uses as proposed should not affect the general character of
the area.
2) Should not place a burden on existing or planned municipal
facilities.
3) Minimum impact on traffic within this area.
4) All other bylaws in affect are in compliance.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulation:
