4n the 11th day of June. , 1990, the South Burlington Zoning Boyd
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John Crabbe,
119 Oakwood Drive on the following farts and findings:
1) Property j1 i5 prt; stint., y used du a reasonable manner.
2) Hardship created by appellant and has economic overtones.
3) The variance would alter the character of the area, mostly
single-family dwellings.
4) Does not represent a Minimum variance, lot contains 100
square feet in excess of minimum for a single-family unit
requivement. .
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellantrs
request for a variance 0 h eby denied.
