HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-90-0000 - Decision - 0420 White StreetFINDING OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECK N N S FINDING OF FACT On the 26th of February 1990, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment, heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gary & Helen Chadwick, 420 White Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) Basic sti:-ucture and it's de ign not suited to two-story addition without major changes. 2) Non -conforming side yard not affected by the proposed alteTa- tion and addition no way to remodel in strict conformity. 3) Hardship created by previous zoning and developers. 4) Character of the area not affected, appellant has support of neighbors. 5) Represent the minimum variance and provides needed living area for appellant.
