On the 23rd day of July 1990, the South Burlington Zoning Hoard
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Jim Truax,
Susan Eaton, 115-117 Oakwood Drive on the following facts and
findings:
1 ) Lot physical circumstances are restricted by right-of-
way/interstate setback and frontage, however, has capacity for
residential use.
2 ) Variance world be required for any use due to physical use
limitations to lot.
3) Hardship Created by other sucks, as State and Power Company
right-of-way.
4) The variance is in keeping with the single-family nature of
the neighborhood.
