On the 27th day of March, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Linwood
Abbott, 4 - 6 Birch Lane, Q.C.P. can the following facts and find-
ings:
1) Lots within Queen City Park are generally irregular in size.
Z) The property was purchased as is and will remain unchanged.
3) This variance should not alter the general character of the
area.
4) With the stipulation adequate parking will be provided.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
'request for a variance is hereby approved.
Stipulation:
That if and when, this i approved, that a minimum of four parking
spaces be designated f r e apa a one for the cottage.
