CITY OF SOUTH BURLlINGTON
On the 13th day of May , 1991 the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustrnent heard evidence regarding the appeal of St, John
Vianney Cheurch, 142 Hinesburg road on the following facts and
findings:
1) Will not adversely affect the cha�7acter of neighborhood.
2) Low impact on traffic, parking will he provided from the
church parking lot.
3) No impact on municipal facilities,
4) Should provide additional class room space for religious
education presently using schools.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the a,ppellant's
request for a Conditional Use is hereby approved.
