DECISION & FINDING QF FACT
On the 10th day of June, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Robert
Stevens, Business Systems of Vermont, 80 Farrell Street based on
the following facts and findings:
1) Existing and proposed uses are permitted within the commer•,
vial district.
2) Low traffic generator, operator of proposed use plan to offeac
delivery service.
3) Similar type of uses within the area in question.
4) No adverse affects on municipal facilities.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditiona is eb approved.
