DECISION & FINDING QE FACE
On the 13th of august, 1990 the South Burlington Zoning Board, of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John Laxkin,
1510-1514 & 1516 Williston Road based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Several plans were considered by the Board in order to ad-
dress the neighborhood concerns. Based art evidence submitted by
the Fire Chief, Planning Commission and City Engineer, the origi-
nal plan was granted approval as to use only.
2) Planning Commission has granted subdivision approval
considering density by addressing lot coverage, height and
setbacks.
3) Residential -use brings the proposed lot into compliance.
4) Type of occupancy (elderly housing) is needed under provi-•
sions setfo-cth in City Master Plan.
5) Tx'affic generated has proven very minimal. Traffic study
done from existing Pillsbury Manor,
6) No adverse impact on municipal or educational facilities.
Based upon the above s acts and findings the appellant's
