DECISION. & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd clay of October, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evid,eric:e regarding the appeal of Mer-
lin, Inc. & Claired Corporation, 1 - 5 Do.set Street based on
the following facts and findirigs:
13 Applicant r-eglaest. to subdivide the prope2�'ty will create a
non -conforming lot, i.e. size, coverage and setbacks.
2) Objective could be accomplished with a long term lease of
-the Land hereby avoiding the need for any variance.
3) Reasonable use has been tendered sine early 196 's....
4) Shape of proposed lot would physically impair conditions on
surrounding lots.
