Qn the 13th day of May, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Bernard
DeVarney, S Elizabeth Street, based on the following facts and
findings.
1) Shape and :>ize of lot creates a hardship.
2) Smallest lot in neighborhood, all other lots average 9,000
square feet.
3) One story addition is in keeping with the character of the
area.
4) Expansion of residential use is reasonable and requires a
minimum variance.
